Welcome to Souqly. By using the Souqly mobile application ("App"), you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Souqly is a community-driven directory that helps users discover and review Muslim-owned businesses. Users can browse listings, submit new businesses, leave reviews, and save favorites.
You must sign in with a valid Google or Apple account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information and keep your account information up to date.
You retain ownership of content you submit (reviews, business listings, photos). By submitting content, you grant Souqly a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the App. You agree not to submit content that is false, misleading, defamatory, hateful, or illegal. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.
Business listings are submitted by users and reviewed by our team before publication. Souqly does not guarantee the accuracy of any business listing. Business owners may claim and manage their listing through the App.
Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. Fake reviews, spam, or reviews posted in exchange for compensation are prohibited. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these guidelines.
You agree not to: use the App for any unlawful purpose; harass, abuse, or harm other users; submit false or misleading business information; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems; use automated means to access or scrape content from the App.
The Souqly name, logo, and App design are the property of Souqly. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We are not responsible for the accuracy of business listings or user reviews.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Souqly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile page in the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
