How do I list my business?

Open the app, go to the More tab, and tap "Submit a Business." Fill out the form and submit — our team will review it within 1–2 business days.

How do I delete my account?

Go to your Profile page and tap "Delete Account." This will permanently remove your account, reviews, and submissions.

How do I report a problem with a listing?

On the business detail page, tap the share icon and select "Report." Describe the issue and we will review it.

Is Souqly free to use?

Yes! Souqly is completely free for both users and business owners. There are no subscription fees or hidden charges.

How long does it take for my business to be approved?

We typically review and approve business submissions within 1–2 business days. You'll see your listing appear on the map once it's approved.

Can I edit my business after it's listed?

Yes! Go to the More tab and tap "Manage My Listing." From there you can update your business info, add photos, set hours, post announcements, and more.
