Souqly ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Souqly mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
When you create an account, we collect your name and email address through Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In. When you submit a business listing, we collect the business name, address, phone number, website, description, and any photos you upload. When you leave a review, we store your display name, rating, and review text. We also collect your approximate location (with your permission) to show businesses near you.
We use your information to operate and improve the Souqly app, display business listings and reviews, show businesses near your location, send important service-related communications, and ensure the security of our platform.
Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase services, including Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and Firebase Storage. Data is stored in the United States.
We use Google Maps to display business locations and provide directions. We use Firebase by Google for authentication and data storage. We use Apple Sign-In for authentication. These services have their own privacy policies.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Profile page within the app. You can contact us at souqlysupport@gmail.com to request access to or deletion of your personal data.
Souqly is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy within the app.
